This weekend’s Texas Music Revolution brought music, creativity, and community vibes to Downtown McKinney — and while we had a blast, we're always looking to grow from each experience.

✨ Highlights:

• Our live band delivered both nights, arriving on time and playing to the energy of the room like pros.
• The vibe inside the Shack was full of positive spirits and creative energy from our team and guests.
• We pulled together some awesome event graphics and email promos that captured the mood beautifully.
• The space was fully cleaned and styled before showtime, thanks to the hustle of our crew.

🚧 What We’re Working On:

• We didn’t get the bingo & trivia crowd we hoped for — next time, expect clearer promos and maybe a fresh twist.
• While designs were on point, we completed them the day-of, giving us little time to hype things up.
• It was a hot one! The air was stagnant, which made things tough. We’ll be investing in cooling setups for summer events.
• We operated at about 65% of our target turnout — which tells us there’s plenty of room to build our reach.
• Clean-up and prep took longer than expected. We’ll streamline setup to give ourselves more breathing room next round.
